You can download one from Autozone's site, it always a pain for me to locate them...but they aren't bad diagrams. Start in the "repair info" section, then repair guides etc.  You may now need to sign up for a free membership.

FYI:

Just checked it and found the wiring diagrams for your truck, the link won't work unless you are signed in as a member. Like I mentioned..it's kinda a pain locating them..but they have both engine and chassis electrical diagrams.

I think the biggest problems with finding them on autozone's site are that the process is kind of a pain (kind of like anything to do with autozone), or sometimes they just don't have the ones you're looking for.

Terry, if you hunt a little bit you'll find the factory service manuals on eBay at a reasonable price.  Do lots of searching though because usually it'll be a 3 or 4 book set and sometimes people try to sell incomplete sets.  Wiring diagrams is often its own book.  If you look at enough auctions for the same thing you will see who has the complete sets and who does not.

Also, Helm sells them brand new on their site so it's worth comparing the new ones vs. used prices.  New ain't cheap though.

I keep telling myself when I get rich I'll buy all the years of FSM's since they do change a little bit from year to year, but that's probably a silly approach since there's plenty of errors and cut-paste information in them too, like the vacuum line reference we joke about in regards to troubleshooting GMT400 A/C controls. :D

Thanks Ed.I fixed my problem. it was with the MAF not working. It was not getting any input power. The Engine 1 20 amp fuse was blown. It is now smooth as silk. Thanks again. Terry.
